The visit experience

Built for people who hate dentist offices.

We surveyed 600 patients on what makes dental visits stressful and designed the office around fixing each one. No fluorescent lights. No clipboards in the waiting room. No surprise charges at checkout. Just a calm, transparent visit.

  • Nitrous oxide on request

Laughing gas at no extra cost during cleanings, fillings, or any longer procedure. Wears off in five minutes — you can drive home.

  • Noise-cancel headphones

Bose QC over-ear headphones at every chair. Bring your phone or stream from our library. The drill becomes a distant hum.

  • Netflix on the ceiling

Every chair has a ceiling-mounted screen with Netflix, YouTube, and HBO. Patient picks the show. Time goes faster.

  • Kid play corner

Toys, books, and a small slide so kids stay calm before their visit — and so parents can have their own cleaning without juggling.

Frequently asked

The questions new patients ask first.

Do you take my insurance?
We accept most PPO plans including Delta Dental, Cigna, Aetna, MetLife, BlueCross BlueShield, UnitedHealthcare, and Guardian. We file the claim for you — you don't deal with the paperwork. Call us with your member ID and we'll verify benefits in under five minutes.
What if I don't have insurance?
Our in-house membership plan is $349/year and covers two cleanings, exams, X-rays, and a 15% discount on any treatment. Most uninsured patients save money vs. a traditional PPO plan.
Do you offer sedation for anxious patients?
Yes. Nitrous oxide (laughing gas) is free at any chair on request. Oral sedation and IV sedation are available for longer procedures — we'll discuss which is right for you at the consultation.
What's your new-patient process?
First visit is 75 minutes: a thorough exam, full digital X-rays, periodontal evaluation, oral cancer screening, and a sit-down with your dentist to review findings and any recommended treatment. You leave with a plan, an itemized estimate, and zero pressure.
Do you see kids?
Yes — we recommend a first visit by age 1. Dr. Maria Ortega is our pediatric lead and is bilingual EN/ES. We have a dedicated kid play corner and ceiling Netflix to keep visits relaxed.
What are your Saturday hours?
We're open every Saturday 8am-2pm for cleanings, exams, and emergencies. Most working families book their visits on Saturday so they don't have to take time off.
Do you take walk-in emergencies?
Yes. Call before noon any weekday or Saturday morning — we hold same-day slots for dental emergencies (chipped teeth, lost crowns, acute pain). If you call after hours, the on-call dentist will return your message.
What should I bring to my first visit?
Your insurance card, a list of any medications, and any X-rays from your previous dentist (we can also request them for you if you provide their name and number). New-patient paperwork can be done online before your visit to save time.
